Beloved community,
Inviting you to come gather under the energy of the Flower Full Moon for a centered Cacao Ceremony followed by an immersive Sound Healing journey aiming to nurture the heart within.
Holding the intention of deepening the connection with our Mother Earth through her medicines we can feel more grounded, while activating the body's natural immune system and bring more balance into your life.
Each time we gather in community to share with the medicine of Kawkaw we elevate our heart prayers and our collective prayers are also amplified.
In an opening council circle style we will be sharing the immense and powerful teachings of this master plant medicine — a time and space offered for us to open connection — helping us speak and listen from the heart, perhaps even release something we might have been holding onto for too long.
Collectively we will move into the sound healing portion of our gathering where we will be traveling deeper with the help of sound frequencies while supported by reiki energy.
We will close our ceremony with a small integration circle.
Through sound frequencies, collective (h)earth consciousness and mindfulness we are able to achieve deeper states in our healing journey, and as we heal the planet heals too.
What to bring:
The space has yoga mats available, but feel free to bring your own.
Bring a blanket and comfortable clothing layers.
Feel free to bring a eye pillow or cover if that supports your sound journey.
Bring a journal in case you receive any downloads or insights from the experience.
